Bella Enterprises was incorporated in 2001, is located in Cecil, Pennsylvania, and is a woman-owned contracting company specializing in heavy highway, utility work, and emergency repair services for both public entities and private projects. In addition, Bella Enterprises provides earthwork for commercial and industrial sites. While offering over 181 years of combined construction experience, our goal is to deliver every project on schedule, within budget, and completed to contract specifications the first time.
